Customer Services Sales Showroom Adviser

Our client is a leading supplier of doors, floors and wood products to the construction and retail sector. With over 30 years experience in the UK/EU, they are looking to recruit an additional  member to compliment the team ,at the Reading store.

Ideally you will have experience with buidling materials or consumer products or perhaps have an understanding of home refurbishment and DIY.

Working 5 shifts over a 6 day week, which will include occasional Saturdays, you will be expected to lift and load heavy items by hand as well as with an electric fork lift truck.  Previous FLT experience is useful,  a certificate is an advantage but not necessary as full training is available.

Stores/stock control as well as packing and despatch of orders and general warehouse housekeeping duties are part of your day which starts at 9am.

A solid employment history, with good references and reliable, hardworking attitude is essential.

Car Delivery and Collection Drivers - Executive Car Dealers

At MAS we supply a number of Readings leading car dealers with Customer Service Drivers.  We have several major clients in the Thames Valley, who provide courtesy vehicles, service collections and new car deliveries.  This may involve collecting a new vehicle from car showrooms, dealer to dealer car swaps using trade plates, as well as personal home collections for servive and waranty repairs.

Our drivers need a minimum of 5 years commercial driving experience, a smart professional manner, good geographical knowledge and an understanding of road transport rules and safety. Good communication skills and be self sufficient.

A smart shirt, polished shoes and clean UK driviing licence is essential. CRB and background checks are required.

Hours of work can vary depending on the assignment, but normally provide a shift of 8-10 hours, although not on a full time basis, as the work can be sporadic although very enjoyable, therefore this is only temporary work and would suit semi-retired or part time self employed professionals.

Senior Order Fulfillment Co-ordinator

Our client works with music artists running approximately 200 ecommerce stores on their behalf. We are urgently looking to fill the role of Senior order fulfillment co-coordinators

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will responsible for the day to day fulfillment process to ensure all KPI’s and targets are achieved for order release, store orders, picking, packing and dispatch operation

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-5.00pm.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within the shortest possible timeline and packed to the standard required.
  • Carry out regular audits / spot check to ensure quality of process and provide clear and visible feedback on findings.
  • Ensure all warehouse stock transfers requests are progress chased to ensure timely arrival into the fulfillment team to enable swift order completion and dispatch.
  • Prioritise customer orders in line with requests from Ecommerce and Operations departments and ensure all team members are aware of priorities.
  • Ensure all customer orders are dispatched / shipped via appropriate carriers as per customer order.
  • Ensure all customer orders are picked accurately to meet targeted KPIs dispatched. Liaise with appropriate departments when non-conformance, part shipment or delays to dispatch occur.
  • Provide daily updates to Operations Manager on store fulfilment performance in order that throughput, quality and trends can be monitored and assessed.
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager within an appropriate time frame.
  • Monitor the usage of packaging consumables to ensure adequate stocks are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation / guidelines for self and team at all times.

Ideally you should have proven previous experience working as a fulfilment co-ordinator with

  • Strong experience within all Microsoft Packages and CRM systems
  • Experience working with a team to targeted KPIs
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Decisiveness
  • Approachability
  • Flexibility
