We are currently looking for several experienced customer service handlers to work in a busy office with a small team of professionals for a leading client who handle merchandising services for global bands and music producers.
Your role will be desk based on PC/Telephone dealing with online merchandising orders, chasing products, dealing with customer email requests and replies, organising replacement deliveries via Titan.(CRM platform)
A good command of the English language is essential both verbal and written and the ability to correspond proficiently by email with fans, festival planners and event organisers as well as the occasional band member.
The ability to use Excel and Word based software is essential. along with a Good sense of humour, solid team player and professional attitude.
- Hours of work Monday to Friday 9-5 plus occasional weekends during peak season.
