Electronics Assembly Operatives Production Roles

Our Client is a leading electronics company and as the preferred supplier for more than 17 years, we are always looking for electronic assembly operatives to work in the busy production department of this leading PC/IT manufacturer. We also need to hear from experienced stores/stock controller - inventory staff to support the production team in the manufacture of equipment for global customers in finance, security, aerospace etc

Ideally, you will have either production, factory, assembly or stores experience, in  electronics or small components , although other sectors will be considered with the relevant skill set and desire to learn new about new materials.

A good command of the English language and the ability to read and write well, with an understanding of technical instruction is essential.

You should be happy to work in a mixed skilled team environment, where there may be a requirement to produce high volume products using small components and electronic assembly techniques at a fast pace, with the use of Glue guns, Soldering, Picking and Small part assembly.  Other equipment may be used and full training is available along with ongoing skills development for individuals with an interest in this type of work who are looking for a longer term assignment or possibly a permanent career in this sector.

Cleaning, Maintenance and Hygiene Operatives URGENT

We are looking to recruit a large team of domestic contract cleaners for projects in Reading.

The hours of work will be full time, or part time if you prefer, for appx 10 to 40 hours per week over a fixed period/season including weekends and evenings.

Applicants needs to have previous cleaning experience along with an eye for detail, the ability to use industrial cleaning chemicals safely as well as floor cleaning equipment, for both low and high level cleaning routines.

High level and low level cleaning includes windows, toilets, staircases, kitchens, bedrooms etc with some light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs and minor repairs which may be required.

Further some roles may require a clean driving licence and high level window cleaning experience on outdoor equipment with a harness and Health & Safety procedures for the more experience commercial operators.

A clear understanding of UK hygiene requirements and the ability to follow instructions is essential as well as an understanding of personal safety in the workplace.

  • Shifts will start at 6am for 8 - 10 hours per day.

3.5 T Delivery Driver, Specialist Medical Sector

We are looking to add another professional driver to our long established drivers team . We need an individual who can transport in a 3.5 t tail lift van a medical diagnostic device to health care professionals and medical facilities across the UK.

This assignment involves long distance driving, some overnight stays with hotel and expenses provided as well as long working days and on duty/stand by requirements.

The equipment provides essential care and support to patients and is delivered to tight deadlines in order to provide medical treatment. Specialist Cleaning Manager

Our client are one of the leading professionals in the hygiene sector. We are currently recruiting a professional to join the business in the role of Specialist Cleaning Manager. To be responsible and accountable for the organisation and management of the projects team, to enable the delivery of specialist cleaning services in an efficient, professional and customer-focused manner.

Main Duties & Responsibilities working from London and Reading
• Responsible for ensuring Team leaders/team are aware of weekly schedules of work and duties expected of them
• To responsibility for scheduling of monthly PPM tasks, specialist tasks, ad-hoc-tasks and new contracts.
• Responsible for keeping within the parameters and budgetary requisite set down for each contract.
• Involvement in tender process when required, providing costs, scheduling and attending site visits.
• Ensure all client systems, policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety planning, including risk assessments, COSHH, PPE and Health and Safety Plans co-ordinated by Sustainability Manager 
• Be a Health and Safety ambassador and take a proactive approach to Health and Safety Management and promote good habits and methods of work.
• To oversee and ensure equipment checks including documented harness and ladder inspections.

To arrange maintenance, repair or replacement of defective equipment/machinery. 
• Undertake site safety inspections and audits on service delivery and specialist cleaning standards, be proactive to remove all non-compliance and non-conformity issues.
• Take responsibility to complete Accident/Incident reports and the site accident book in line with appropriate procedures.
• Ensure client support is provided through regular meetings
• Ensure that they give support for daily duties/schedules
• Provide out of hours support to ensure service delivery standards are met.
• Conduct operation meetings with all mobile Specialist Cleaning operatives are carried out.
• Identify any cost saving opportunities and service delivery innovations.
• Maximising and building the size of projects accounts, seek and pursue relevant opportunities.

In addition your Customer role will involve:
• Provide regular reports and attend planned and ad-hoc meetings with client representatives to ensure service delivery satisfaction.
• To understand the working relationship of the client to ensure all work to maintain the relationship.
• Manage service delivery to ensure outstanding customer service to the client, customers and visitors.• Be a customer service champion and take a proactive approach to customer service management. Develop customer service training across the staff team.

IOSH qualification an advantage. Excellent organisation with creative and problem solving skills.

This is a mobile role and will require a degree of flexibility, commitment and professionalism. A clean UK driving licence is essential as a  company vehicle is provided.
