Since 1989 MAS have provided staffing solutions for hundreds of organisations throughout the Thames Valley - from local owner operators to national plc's, we have supplied literally thousands of hardworking and dedicated individuals.
Many of our temporary workers have secured permanent job opportunities with our clients. Many more continue to enjoy the benefits of working with MAS and the wide range of quality employers, who use our service.
We are able to cater for small volume 1 or 2 person, up to sole agency status supplying 80+ staff per day, over a prolonged period, on a temporary or permanant basis.

MAS are long standing corporate members of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) whose qualifications, training, codes of conduct and commitment to high standards we fully endorse.
MAS Consultants are fully trained and attend courses provided by the REC they are expected to achieve a Certificate in Recruitment Practice within two years of joining the company.
MAS will sponsor further Senior Consultants who wish to attain a Diploma in Recruitment Practice.

Our Directors are Fellows of the REC and hold a formal qualification in recruitment practice, they regularly attend courses and seminars relating to Employment Legislation and other changes within the industry and European Labour Market.
